5. Refund Policy

Our refund provisions depend on the type of Service you purchase. Please review the details below carefully.

5.1 Professional Services

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked session, you must notify us at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are not refundable due to the tailored nature of our work; however, you may request one free reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.2 Informational Products

All sales of digital informational products are final. Once a product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. This policy is necessary because digital content cannot be reclaimed or rendered unusable once distributed.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods purchased through uplinero.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 10 days.

Professional service bookings may be transferred to another person or entity upon written request to Uplinero no less than 3 days before the scheduled date. Transfer requests received later may be declined, as capacity and preparation are time-sensitive.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will take effect upon posting at uplinero.com. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
